Post Dale Events


   Since the BSA won the Dale case in the United States Supreme Court, they have faced mounting repercussions from their decision to assert that they are a "private religious youth organization" that not only has the right to discriminate, but has chosen to adopt policies to discriminate on the basis of religious belief and sexual orientation. Below are some of the recent and ongoing challenges facing the BSA because of their exclusionary policies.
